Site review is required for all structural alterations, remodels, signs and new construction in addition to building permits issued through the County. If you have questions on the new two step process, you may contact the Community Development Department at 541-440-1177.

The Community Development Department does not issue permits for plumbing, electrical or mechanical. Please contact DC Building for those permits.
