The City of Roseburg has entered into an agreement with the State of Oregon to receive Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF). The funds will reimburse the City for eligible expenses based on federal guidelines related to COVID-19. As part of this, the City will be distributing the funds to our local community through a grant application process. The following grant applications are available:
CRF Grant Application – Non Profits
