A search warrant was executed at the location based on information that Sutton possessed two of the stolen firearms taken during a burglary on SE Houck in late April.

Two of the stolen rifles from the burglary were recovered from Sutton's bedroom, and Methamphetamine was found in the bedroom as well.

Bunch was found hiding behind the bed in Sutton's room when officers entered the residence and he gave a false name of Kevin Fitzgerald. He was also found to be on felony probation.

While clearing the residence, a 5 plant marijuana grow was found in the laundry room and claimed by Brandel. He had an expired medical marijuana card so the plants were seized. That part of the case is pending.

Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, Kevin Rhoden, was found to have a suspended license.  A subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle had been stolen from the registered owners (Adam Murray) residence.

Officer was able to confirm this by talking to Murray on the phone. Murray did not know his vehicle was missing until contacted by the authorities.

DISPO:

Rhoden was placed under arrest and transported to DCC, where he was lodged.

The vehicle was towed by Clyde from Glide and secured at their lot.

Patrick Huse observed smoke then found a vehicle on fire behind the Idle Hour. The vehicle was fully engulfed by the time law enforcement arrived.

The fire department responded and put out the fire.

The vehicle returned registered to Tanya Blair and Victor Johnson out of Eugene. Attempts were made to contact both registered owners with no success.

Sgt. Eichenbusch located the vehicle parked at the Short Cut Market. The vehicle was seen parked at this location for most of the night.

The vehicle was processed for evidence then returned to the owner.
