Business Registrations

Congratulations on your decision to start your business in the City of Roseburg............

We like to keep things simple - so in a nutshell - the City of Roseburg requires registration of those who come into the City limits to sell a product or service. As long as the ownership and location of the business remain the same, this is a one-time registration with a one-time $130.00 non-refundable fee. If a business opens another location or moves to a new location, registration and fee are again required. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Before you sign a lease or purchase property to start your business, please review the information provided. Starting a business requires preparation and collaboration with the City and/or County. The information provided is designed to help you better understand the requirements and begin preparation for your new business.
