FUNctional Fitness

Outdoor Boot camp is an adult fitness class which combines strength and cardio training while concentrating on your core strength.  Work at your own pace in a FUN group atmosphere!  Workouts change daily so every day is a new exciting workout.  No time commitments or pre-registration, just come when you can.  Class is held at Jo Lane School Track Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm - 8pm.  Childcare is not available.  Fee:  $2.00 per class on a drop-in basis.
