The City of Roseburg is pleased to announce the availability of a development site on General Avenue, near Lowe's Home Improvement.  A Request for Proposals has been issued seeking proposals from qualified developers to lease the development site to provide revenue to the Roseburg Regional Airport and provide family-wage jobs.  The City's asking price for an annual lease is in the range of $34,200 to $50,000.  Contact Roseburg Airport Director Mike Danielle at 541-492-6873 for more information.
