The Urban Renewal Agency Board, which consists of the members of the Roseburg City Council, meets as needed - generally, after City Council meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of the month in the Council Chambers at Roseburg City Hall.  Inquiries regarding the Board may be directed to Management Technician Debi Davidson, 541-492-6866.
