DETAILS: Officers contacted Carter after he was observed drinking a Corona beer while walking next to Jack in the Box on NE Garden Valley Blvd. 
DISPOSITION: Carter was cited and released on scene.

DETAILS: Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of SE Stephens Street and SE Douglas Avenue. Investigation revealed that Kimberling had attempted to make a right hand turn onto SE Douglas Ave from SE Stephens Street out of the left northbound lane of travel on SE Stephens Street directly in front of Stuempges who was in the right northbound lane of travel of SE Stephens Street. Stuempges vehicle was not drivable and was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Kimberling's vehicle was driven from the scene. Kimberling was cited for Improper Right Turn and Driving Uninsured.
DISPOSITION: Kimberling was cited and released on scene.

INCIDENT: Theft
CASE NO: 256519, 256517
DATE/TIME: 12/1/2025 / 1246 Hours
LOCATION: 2122 NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg

CHARGE(S): Theft in the Third Degree
Theft in the Second Degree
DETAILS: Officers contacted Cooper after he was observed on camera stealing a package of bear mace valued at $59.99 from Sportsmans Warehouse. During the contact Jeffrey admitted to stealing $261.90 worth of merchandise from Staples. The stolen items were returned to the businesses.
DISPOSITION: Cooper was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.

LOCATION: NW Garden Valley Blvd / NW Mulholland Dr, Roseburg

CHARGE(S): Douglas County Circuit Court warrant for: Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine
DETAILS: Officers contacted Adam after they spotted him walking near the location. During the contact, Officers discovered Adam had a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and Adam was taken into custody without incident. 
DISPOSITION: Adam was lodged at Douglas County Corrections

PATROL: Roseburg Police
INCIDENT: Trespass

LOCATION: 2658 NE Stephens St, Roseburg

Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine (Misdemeanor)
DETAILS: Tasha was illegally camping. There were multiple, "No Trespassing" signs visible near where Tasha was camped, and she was warned previously to leave the location. Tasha admitted to having 2.63 Grams of Methamphetamine in her tent, and she admitted the Methamphetamine belonged to her.
DISPOSITION: Tasha was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.

PATROL: Roseburg Police
INCIDENT: DUII
CASE NO: 25-6526
DATE/TIME: 12/1/2025 / 1609
LOCATION: 1899 SE Stephens Street
OFFICER(S):
PERSON(S): (S) Bowers, Logan Leo (23) Roseburg
CHARGE(S): DUII
VEHICLE(S): 1999 Toyota Corolla (OR ZUH552)
DETAILS: Officers responded to Reddaway Trucking after Logan Bowers called 911 to report he rolled his car into a ditch while driving. Officers contacted Logan and located his 1999 Toyota Corolla (OR ZUH552) upside down in Parrott Creek. Logan admitted to drinking alcohol before going to the gravel to burn donuts, at which point he lost control and rolled his car into the creek. Logan showed signs of intoxication, and consented to SFST's which he performed poorly at. 
DISPOSITION: Logan was booked and released from Douglas County Corrections, to a valid driver.
