Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of NE Stephens and NE Meadow. Upon arrival, Officers learned Norman was turning onto NE Stephens from NE Meadow and did not ensure the roadway was clear which caused Collins, who was northbound on NE Stephens, to crash into her. Neither party was injured and Collins was able to drive his vehicle from the scene. Roseburg Towing was dispatched to remove Norman's vehicle from the roadway. |

Whitson first confronted Trujillo while they were stopped at SE Lane & SE Pine and then punched out a window after Trujillo declined wanting to fight. |

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The passenger was identified as Willis and had several warrants for his arrest. Willis was additionally found to be in possession of a user amount of fentanyl. Fitzgerald admitted to recent drug use and was arrested for Parole Violation. The vehicle was secured on scene. Once at Corrections, the Officer found a methamphetamine pipe which Fitzgerald had tried to conceal in the seat of the patrol car during the ride to Jail. |
