Officers conducted a traffic stop on the above vehicle and learned Hermann was violating a no contact order put in place by her probation officer. The driver of the vehicle was the protected party mentioned in the condition. Hermann's probation officer requested Hermann be arrested for the violation and she was transported to Douglas County Corrections where she was lodged. She was released from custody shortly after being lodged. Less than two hours later, another officer pulled the vehicle over again and contacted Hermann in the passenger seat a second time. Her probation officer detained her for the second violation, and she was again transported to Douglas County Corrections.

Officers responded to a residence after learning Schreiber was at Ellis's residence sleeping on the porch. Dispatch advised Schieber had a stalking order prohibiting him from contacting Ellis, to include waiting outside her residence. Schreiber was found asleep on the porch and detained. Dispatch confirmed the stalking order and advised he had a valid warrant for his arrest out of Winston. Schreiber also had an unworked warrant out of the Roseburg Police Department. The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody.
