DETAILS:

Officer responded to a panic/ATM alarm at Rogue Community. Upon arrival, officers located a Dodge Ram with a heavy duty chain attached. The vehicle was still running and there was obvious damage to one of the ATM's. Witnesses reported two suspects fled from the location and got into a white SUV that was seen leaving the area. The Dodge was an unreported stolen vehicle out of Drain. The vehicle owner was contacted by deputies and he responded to the scene to recover the vehicle. Suspects fled with cash from the ATM.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to the listed location for a report of two vehicle non-injury traffic crash. Officers learned both D1 and D2 were driving southbound on SE Pine St., with D1 in the left lane of travel and D2 in the right lane of travel and adjacent to D1. D2 attempted to merge from the right lane into the left lane on SE Pine St., ultimately crashing into D1. Information exchange was facilitated, and D1 was cited for the listed violation. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.

DETAILS:

Beardslee entered Rogue Community Credit Union and became aggressive with staff after he was unable to withdraw money from his account. Beardslee told employees he could kill them and threatened to burn the building down with everyone inside. Officers had probable cause to arrest Beardslee on an unrelated case where he groped a medical technician in an intimate area while he was a patient at Mercy Medical Center.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to a reported disturbance at the Kodiak bar and detained Nathan. Officers learned Nathan accused someone of stealing his jacket, went into the kitchen, retrieved a kitchen knife, and then threatened to kill several patrons. Nathan was tackled to the ground and patrons took the knife away from him; at some point during the altercation, Nicholas' finger got cut by the knife. Nathan was detained without further issue and transported to Douglas County Corrections.

Umpqua Dairy employees reported Angela had walked through an open vehicle gate and was refusing to leave after being told multiple times. Employees stated they had opened the gate several times to get Angela to walk out, which she refused to do and wanted to pursue charges for trespass. Angela was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II. Probation Officer Moe was contacted regarding Angela's arrest, and he requested an afterhours detainer be completed regarding a PV.

DETAILS:

Richardson was contacted by officers at the listed location during a search for a suspect for an unrelated incident. Richardson matched the description of the suspect officers were searching for, and they had reasonable suspicion to detain and question him. While speaking to officers, Richardson provided a false name multiple times and was warned it was a crime to do so. Richardson maintained the false information he provided was accurate. After officers discovered Richardson's identity, they learned he had the listed warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and Richardson was detained without incident. He was transported to Douglas County Corrections, where he was lodged.

DETAILS:

Officers attempted to stop Huskey near the listed location after witnessing him commit traffic violations in the listed vehicle. Huskey did not yield, instead he fled in the vehicle he was driving. Huskey drove through a church parking lot and jumped from the moving vehicle, ultimately causing the vehicle to crash through a fence on private property. He then fled the scene on foot. After a search of the area for Huskey, officers located him hiding inside of a vehicle in the backyard of a nearby residence. Huskey was taken into custody without incident. Officers learned the vehicle Huskey was driving had been reported as stolen, he had the listed confirmed warrants for his arrest, and there was probable cause to arrest him on a previous case. Huskey was transported to Douglas County Corrections, where he was lodged. The registered owner of the vehicle was contacted and the vehicle was removed from LEDS. Roseburg Towing arrived on scene and took possession of the vehicle.

Officers responded to the above location for a report of a non-injury traffic crash. During the investigation, officers found that D1 and D2 were headed east bound on NW Garden Valley when traffic came to a stop and D1 rear ended D2.

Officers contacted Bennett sitting out front of the listed business and was seen smoking marijuana out of an aluminum can. Benntt's Probation Officer requested Bennett detained due to violating his stipulations. Mark was detained without incident, and a small zip-lock baggie of suspected methamphetamine was found in his jean pocket. The suspected methamphetamine weighed approximately .07 grams.

James later agreed to meet with officers and he was cited and released without incident.
