DETAILS:

Douglas was contacted in a large tarp structure and was in violation of the time place and manner portions of the city ordinance. Douglas also had several tools and weapons spread across his camp.

DETAILS:

Officers were in the area investigating a hit and run that occurred at the location when they contacted Coles. Coles was found to have a warrant out of Cottage Grove Oregon for Failure to Appear regarding a previous trespass. After the warrant had been confirmed Coles was cited and released per the Cottage Grove Municipal Court.

DETAILS:

Officer responded to a two vehicle non-injury traffic crash that took place at NE Stephens St. and NE Barnes Ave. Officers learned Pederson was driving his Chevy Sonic southbound and failed to slow with the traffic. Pederson rear ended Kelley's 2002 Toyota Sequoia causing a crash. Kelley was able to drive from the location of the crash. Pederson's vehicle was towed from the scene.

DISPOSITION:

Pederson was cited for Following Too Closely.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to US Cellular after employees reported there was a disorderly male inside, screaming at staff, throwing chairs, and refusing to leave. The male, Patrick Barry, almost hit staff with the chairs, and damaged two ceiling tiles in the process. Patrick also had the above listed warrant.

DISPOSITION:

Officers arrested Patrick and transported him to the Douglas County Jail.

Officers arrested Zane Burgess-Parks after he drew graffiti on the sidewalk and a granite bench next to the Roseburg Library. Zane also menaced Angela Shook by running at her and trying to hit her after she refused to give him a lighter.

DETAILS:

On 12/24/2025, Officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run that occurred at the location. During the investigation, officers discovered Katheryn had hit Michelle's vehicle and left the scene without exchanging information. At the time of the crash, Katheryn's driving privileges were suspended. On 12/30/2025, officers contacted Katheryn, and she was cited accordingly.

DISPOSITION:

Katheryn was cited and released.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to a reported disturbance at the above location and contacted Zachariah Miller and a female known to him. The female reported that Zach had strangled her. Witnesses reported seeing Zach on top of the female and she had markings on her neck to substantiate the crime.

DISPOSITION:

Zachariah was lodged at Corrections.

DETAILS:

Officers contacted Schneider and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. He was also found to be in possession of about .63 grams of methamphetamine. The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody.

DISPOSITION:

Schneider was lodged at Corrections for the warrant and cited for UP Meth.
