Officers contacted Daniel underneath the Stewart Park Pavilion with a camp that was in violation of the camping ordinance. Dispatch informed officers Daniel had a warrant for his arrest and he was detained without issue. After being detained, Daniel was found to be concealing throwing stars and brass knuckles on his person. Daniel did not have a concealed carry permit and was arrested for the additional charge as well.

Cordova became aggressive and attempted to punch officers twice, all of which were blocked by the officer. Cordova then kicked an officer in the groin.
