Officers were dispatched to the location regarding a possible motorcycle crash. D1 stated that she was stopped in the left-hand lane of the intersection which was a left turn only lane. When the light turned green D1 continued straight through the intersection which caused D2 to crash into D1. D1 & D2 were not injured from the crash. V1 & V2 were both able to be driven from the scene.

Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash with lane blockage and a damaged power pole. D2 was immediately transported to MMC by ambulance. Officers learned from witness statements and dash camera footage that D1 was driving eastbound on NE Stewart Pkwy and failed to stop at the red light at the intersection of NE Airport St and crashed into V2. V1 was towed from the scene by Joe's Towing and V2 was towed by Roseburg Towing. Pacific Power also responded to the scene to repair the power pole.

Bedwell was witnessed breaking into the toolbox of a truck parked on the car lot. He was located hiding in another vehicle on the lot and detained. During the investigation it was discovered Bedwell had damaged several other vehicles parked at the location. He also had 4 felony warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to DCC.
