Officers contacted Allen near Cattle Dogs Indoor Golf after he was reported to be camping on the property. Allen had an active warrant for his arrest from the Roseburg Municipal Court for Failure to Appear.

Lodged at Corrections. Allen's dog was taken to Saving Grace.

VA officers detained Cyr while she was on VA property. Cyr had an active warrant for her arrest from the Roseburg Municipal Court for Failure to Appear. Roseburg PD officers responded to the VA property and transported Cyr to Corrections.

DETAILS:

A Central Oregon Pacific Railroad worker saw Jackson and Patzer walking south on the railroad tracks behind Les Schwab and called an officer to report it. Patzer and Jackson were contacted near the south lot of the business walking on the tracks.

Both were cited and released on scene.

DETAILS:

Officer got behind a vehicle and learned the plate returned as stolen. Officers stopped the vehicle and detained the driver, who identified himself as Peter Washovsky. The vehicle also returned stolen. The driver had no identification on him. The vehicle and plate returned stolen out of the Portland area. During a search of the vehicle, officers located numerous fictitious identifications with his photograph, printers and photopaper, along with over twelve grams of methamphetamine. At Corrections he was identified as Nikita Bykov and found to have a warrant out of Clackamas County.

DISPOSITION:

Bykov was lodged at Corrections, and the vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to a report of a male inside a vacant residence on SE Pine Street. John Olinghouse was at the residence for maintenance and saw a male inside. The male left just prior to officers arrival. Inside the residence the male kicked numerous holes in the sheetrock, broke several windows, and urinated on the floor. The damage exceeded $1000. Officers located Danya in the area who matched the description of the male. He admitted to being in the residence, admitted to some of the damage. He also had a warrant for his arrest for PV.

Danya was lodged at Corrections.

Officer observed the listed vehicle had expired registration and initiated a traffic stop. Dispatch advised the driver, Trujillo, had an active warrant out of RPD for DUII which they confirmed. Trujillo was detained without incident, and a valid driver took possession of her vehicle.

During an argument, Christopher threw an empty can at Kassandra hitting her in the leg. Kassandra shoved Christopher in the back as he was walking away from her. Kassandra did not want to be a victim of harassment and chose not to pursue criminal charges. Christopher wanted to pursue charges against Kassandra.

Kassandra was cited and released.
