DETAILS:

Officers received a tip that David was inside a residence and were given consent to search the residence. David was found inside hiding but was taken into custody without issue.

DETAILS:

Officers contacted Britanne after seeing her with her boyfriend, who she is not allowed to be in contact with per a probation stipulation. She also admitted to having marijuana in her bag, which was also a violation of her probation. She was detained without issue and her probation officer requested she be lodged.

Britanne was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to the location regarding a male who stole a loaded firearm from a truck in the parking lot. Employees of Waldrons advised the male went to "The Point" after the theft last seen wearing neon green shorts. Officers spoke to numerous people at The Point who advised the male went toward the walking bridge near the intersection of NE Diamond Lake Blvd and NE Stephens St. Officers reviewed video from Waldron's and recognized the male as Hubschman. Hubschman was located inside a tent on the walking bridge and he was detained without incident. Inside the tent was his neon green shorts and the stolen firearm was under them. Officers also learned that Hubschman shot the firearm near the train trestle on NE Rowe Ave and located a spent shell casing. When Hubschman was transported to corrections he attempted to spit on the officer after exiting the backseat.

Hubschman was lodged at corrections

DETAILS:

Officers responded to the location after Gayge reported he was in a verbal disturbance with Brandy. Brandy initially was free to leave and left but later returned and started to chase Gayge across NW Aviation Drive, while an officer was still on scene, and threatened to "beat the shit out of him." Officers had to grab onto Brandy and take her down to the ground to detain her and stop her from chasing Gayge. She was then taken into custody without further incident.

DETAILS:

Officers contacted Tuin after noticing he matched the description of a burglary suspect from the previous night. Tuin was found with bolt cutters and stolen cigarettes and cigars in his backpack. Eventually he admitted to cutting the lock at the 76 Station on Harvard and stealing over $1,000 worth of cigarettes from inside. He told officers that he sold some of the stolen items and that was his intention when stealing the items. He was taken into custody without issue.

DISPOSITION:

Lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
