Green was driving eastbound on Garden Valley, allegedly ran a red light and struck Smith’s vehicle, as he was making a left turn from Walnut onto Garden Valley.  Smith’s license was found to be suspended.  Smith’s vehicle was towed and Green’s was driven from the scene.  There were no reported injuries.
