Fortner was allegedly trespassing at the Buy 2 Market on Diamond Lake. When they asked him to leave he stole muffins, tore them up and then threw them at an employee. He flashed his genitals to alarm the employee and made threatening, profane statements. He trespassed at the next business and was soon contacted by the police. Fortner refused to be taken into custody and resisted arrest. He tried to hit and kick the officers and was pepper sprayed. The pepper spray was ineffective, so Fortner was exposed to a taser, and he was taken into custody. During the preceding struggle he caused a minor injury to an involved officer. Once in custody he spit all over the back of the police car.

Reicherts was driving southbound on Denn and failed to make the left hand turn, causing him to crash into a home. The home was damaged, but the occupants were uninjured. Reicherts displayed signs of impairment and was arrested on the listed charges. He refused to provide a breath sample, and was additionally charged with that offense. Reicherts’ vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing.

The listed vehicle was reported at 2224 hours, after it was observed peeling out in the lawn of a residence in the area. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle at that time.

At 2259 hours, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on Harvey and observed the truck in the driveway. The driver of the vehicle, Schumacher, was contacted and he displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUII Alcohol, and for Criminal Mischief from the earlier incident.

Officers responded to a two vehicle collision in the 600 block of NE Jackson Street. It was determined Fischer failed to obey a stop sign and hit the side of Watkins’ vehicle. Watkins was transported from the scene to the hospital for neck and back pain. Fischer showed signs of impairment and was arrested on the listed charges, along with several traffic violations. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing.
