2026 recreation guide now available

ROSEBURG, Ore. – The 2026 Roseburg Recreation Guide is now available online — and packed full of programs, events and local organizations offering activities designed to get you out of the house this winter and throughout the year.
Roseburg Parks and Recreation staff produce the colorful digital guide each year to introduce residents to the range of sports and fitness programs, special events, hobby groups and other fun offered here.
“We’re happy to offer this recreation guide for the residents of Roseburg,” said Parks and Recreation Coordinator Tracy David. “But this is by no means a complete list. If you run a local club or recreation program, or know of someone who does, we encourage you to reach out to us to be included in this guide.”
Inside the 37-page guide, residents can find a comprehensive list of more than 100 local recreation providers, artists’ guilds and clubs – from beekeeping, bicycling and amateur radio to hiking, weaving and stargazing.
Plus, learn about Parks & Rec-sponsored activities coming up this winter, spring and summer — starting with the Discover Roseburg 15/Land of Umpqua Geocache Series kick-off event planned for Saturday, Feb. 7, and low-impact fitness classes offered twice-weekly year-round.
The guide also provides information about free City-sponsored “Movies in the Park,” plus sports and fitness programs including women’s golf, yoga and Zumba that will be offered this summer in beautiful Stewart Park.
So what are you waiting for? Check out the recreation guide and get out there!
