The Roseburg Regional Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Race Conscious goal of 5.32% for Federal Aviation Administration funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2021 through 2023. The proposed goal and its attendant methodology are available for inspection online at: https://www.cityofroseburg.org/departments/airport/documents-reports
