Roseburg is surrounded by mountains, rivers and waterfalls.  Brochures and information are available at City Hall and the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center.  Geocaching is a fun way to find new places and test your exploring capability.  Information is available in the Parks and Public Works Administration office at City Hall on the 1st floor.
