Mayor to present State of the City

ROSEBURG, Ore. – Mayor Larry Rich will present the 2026 State of the City address on Monday, Jan. 12.

Rich will deliver the annual speech at the first City Council meeting of the year. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at City Hall, 900 S.E. Douglas Ave.

The public is invited to watch in person or via the City’s Facebook page or the City website. A Microsoft PowerPoint slideshow will accompany the Mayor’s speech.

For those who miss the speech, the 2026 State of the City address, PowerPoint slideshow and the annual Year-End Report should be available as the “State of the City Message” on the City’s website the next day.
