Why does the library need a strategic plan? As an active and vital part of the community, Roseburg Public Library’s first strategic plan provides a working blueprint that represents what the community wants to see from its library. The plan, approved by the City of Roseburg’s Library Commission on 2/16/2021, gives the library focus and direction in its efforts and energy.
