ROSEBURG, OR – Roseburg Public Library Director Kris Wiley is pleased to announce Tuesday, June 22, that a drive-up book drop has been installed in the library parking lot.

The new book drop, which was donated by the Eugene Public Library and installed Monday, June 21, replaces the outside walk-up drop near the building’s main entrance.

“We are excited to offer this convenient option for patrons,” Library Director Kris Wiley said.

Patrons may return all library items at any time in the drop, which is located in the northwest corner of the parking lot at 1409 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. Library staff will routinely empty the bin and check in items.

Patrons also can continue to return materials inside the library during open hours. The library is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m., Wednesdays 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
