Warming shelter closed tonight, tomorrow
The Roseburg Warming Center will not offer overnight shelter on Monday, Jan. 23, or Tuesday, Jan. 24, after plumbing and volunteer issues forced the facility to close two days early.
Kitchen help sought for shelter, senior center
