Neewollah: A Monster Tradition
Halloween night takes on another dimension in downtown Roseburg, where an enigmatic fete known as Neewollah is so enmeshed in the community that its origins are now shrouded in mystery.
Water main replacement begins Nov. 1
Southbound N.E. Stephens Street between Hooker Road and Isabell Avenue will be closed intermittently for about five months when a water main replacement project begins Monday night, Nov. 1. Cradar Enterprises of Roseburg will perform the replacement.
